• 2004, June 30th: Version 13.1, amended, by D. C. Hatton, from version 12.1, by virtue of having ``Conclusions'' section added, and Makefile adapted to put png graphs in html version properly.
• 2004, June 24th: Version 12.1, amended, by D. C. Hatton, from version 11.2, by virtue of being converted from ``report'' to ``article'' document class, having comment about buckyball experiments added, having some extra acknowledgements added, having ``To Do'' list deleted, having acknowledgements moved to end, and some tidying up done, released.
• 2003, August 7th: Version 11.2, amended, by D. C. Hatton, from version 11.1, by virtue of having acknowledgment to NERC added, and typographical errors corrected, released.
